Graphic: Police Shove 75-Year-Old Man Who Hits His Head, Bleeding From Ears, Cops Claim He "Tripped and Fell"

**Warning: Viewer discretion advised.** Police shove a Niagra man to the ground during protests causing him to hit his head on the pavement and left him bleeding from his ears as they callously march right by him. He is reportedly in stable condition. The two officers involved have since been suspended.

The official quote from the Buffalo Police department was that the man in the video had been injured by tripping and falling.

It's been confirmed that the man in the video is in stable condition.

I've seen videos of the incident in front of Buffalo's City Hall in which an older protester appears to have been shoved by police, fell backwards and suffered a serious head injury. It sickens me. I've confirmed he is at ECMC in stable condition. My thoughts are with him now.

Update: The police responsible have been suspended.

After Brown announces suspension of two Buffalo officers, Cuomo issues statement calling the shoving of the 75-year-old man who fell and hit his head, then lay motionless, "wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful," adds, "Police officers must enforce - NOT ABUSE - the law."
